Phoenix, AZ—Robert Wisniewski, a respected workers’ compensation attorney with over 49 years of experience advocating for injured workers, served as a co-panelist at the national symposium Post-Covid Practice: A Reflection on the Changes to Our Practice, held on April 4, 2025, in Chicago, Illinois.
The symposium was co-sponsored by The College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers, the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission, and the Workers Compensation Lawyers Association.
The hybrid event—attended by more than 200 legal professionals in person and via Zoom — offered a comprehensive look at the evolving landscape of workers’ compensation law in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. Bob contributed to the panel by presenting the injured workers’ perspective, offering insight into how shifting medical, legal, and workplace protocols have impacted those navigating the system.
“It was an honor to represent the voice of injured workers at a time when the practice of law continues to adjust to post-pandemic realities,” said Wisniewski. “The challenges our clients face have evolved, and as advocates, we must continue adapting our approach to ensure they receive fair and timely treatment under the law.”
Robert E. Wisniewski is a Certified Specialist Workers’ Compensation, Arizona Board of Legal Specialization, and has dedicated his career to representing injured workers throughout Arizona.
