Robert E. Wisniewski

Robert E. Wisniewski has been practicing workers' compensation law for 40 years litigating thousands of work related injury cases at Industrial Commission of Arizona hearings across Arizona. The firm seeks justice for the injured worker.

He is AV-rated, and actively writes and lectures on all aspects of workers' compensation law. Additionally, he is an active member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association/the Arizona Association for Justice, Arizona's Finest Lawyers, and a Super Lawyer. As an officer for 4 years in the United States Air Force in the Vietnam era, Mr. Wisniewski spent 18 additional years as a JAG officer, U.S. Air Force Reserves. He has been a longtime supporter and Board member of Kids Chance of Arizona, the scholarship program for injured workers' children, and is a founder and primary donor of an educational scholarship to Phoenix College for minority students.
