Injury, and Insurance Law. Mr. Wisniewski has represented victims
of job injuries for over 28 years in Arizona.
Mr. Wisniewski is a graduate of Upsala College (B.A., 1969), University
of Oklahoma (M.A., Public Administration, 1973) and the University
of Toledo, College of Law (J.D, 1976). He is also a graduate of
the National College of Advocacy of the Association of Trial Lawyers
of America. Upon graduation from law school, he served as a law
clerk to the Honorable Eino M. Jacobson, Chief Judge, Arizona
Court of Appeals, Division One, Phoenix, Arizona.
Mr. Wisniewski has had an extensive private practive since 1976
in the area of Workers Compensation and civil trial practice in
accident and injury law. Mr. Wisniewski is Certified as a Specialist
in Workers Compensation by the Board of Legal Specialization,
State Bar of Arizona, and is a member of the Arizona Workers Compensation
Claims Association. He has litigated several thousand contested
workers compensation matters across the state of Arizona and devotes
his practive to representing victims of industrial, on-the-job
accidents. He has lectured extensively on workers compensation
throughout Arizona, and maintains offices in Coconino, Gila, Maricopa,
Mohave, Yavapai, and Yuma counties.
Mr. Wisniewski formerly represented many insurance
